Responsibilities :

  • Lead all general marketing, market research, social media, event planning, website activities and continuously track ROI of marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness.
  • Initiate differentiation of innovative sales channels, customer experience in order to increase company bottom line.
  • Analyze market situation and insurance business competitors including government policies, direction of purchasing power to seek business opportunity.
  • Study and analyze insurance products and initiate projects that focus on developing new products and services to grow up company policy.
  • Develop tools for monitoring marketing performance results, customer acquisition channels and to control cost of the activities.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand needs and provide timely and effective support in order to achieve company sales goals.
  • To work and coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth executions of the marketing objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Thai Nationality.
  • Age between 30 - 40 years old.
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing or relevant.
  • At least 3 years experienced of marketing in management level.
  • Pro-active with leadership skills to manage a team.
  • Good negotiation skill, creative, flexible and good team player.
