Responsibilities :

  • Provide training courses according to the objectives of each type of job.
  • Manage human resource development in accordance with the goals set by the company
  • Organize training to increase potential and develop personnel within the organization according to the company policy.
  • Plan and manage human resource development work.
  • Developing HR Strategies, Policies and Practices.
  • Analyze and manage of HR such C&B, talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, engagement, performance management, etc. to support current and future business expansion plans.
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
  • Recruiting of Manager level
  • Handling the performance review, training, etc.
  • Working closely with the Production Manager to drive the highest result.
  • Work closely with HR and business heads to develop HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Age between 30-38 years old
  • Good educational backgrounds at bachelor degree or above (BS or BA with mathematics background)
  • Currently or have worked as a manager or higher for at least 4 years
  • Thai national
  • Leadership skill with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Passionate/interested in online is also a plus
